We specialize in dream weddings!

At the Henry Connor Bost House and Farm we work with you and your fiancé in partnership to build an event that matches your vision of your dream day.  Our goal is to provide exceptional service and a beautiful setting to make this the most spectacular day of your life.  While we have provided basic packages for ease of planning,  please contact us to receive pricing for your customized event.
 
Intimate Wedding Package
1 t 40 guests - Prices ranging from $2195 to $2695
including up to 40 chairs and  3 banquet tables with linens
*the main house is available for an indoor reception
 
 Classic Gold Package
1 to 100 guests -Prices ranging from $4195 to $4695

including up to 100 chairs, 5 banquet tables with linens and a 30 x 30 white tent with market lights included

Platinum Package

101-175 guests -Prices ranging from $5195 to $5695

including up to 175 chairs, 8 banquet tables with linens, and a 40 x 40 white tent with market lights included

* the price range in packages is based on the number of guests

 

All of our base packages include:

  •  gorgeous country estate setting which includes 135 private acres with rolling vistas and a lovely historic farmhouse
  •  preferred vendor list
  •  private bridal/bridesmaid suite
  • groomsmen room with attached bath
  • parking attendant
  •  on-site venue coordinator/manager
  •  assistance with vendor coordination
  •  electrical outlets for your DJ / band
  •  landscape lighting
  •  prep kitchen for your caterer 
  •  set up and break down for your event (excluding decorations)
  •  access for the rehearsal the day before
  •  beautiful choices of ceremony sites
  •  picturesque gazebo
 
Access to the property is given early in the day so you can prepare for your event at a relaxed pace.
